Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Footwear must be returned with the original box.
Swimwear and intimate apparel must have the hygiene strip attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number.
Select the items you wish to return and the reason.
Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to your package.
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
